Company Overview

Therma Green uses 2lb. soy based closed cell polyurethane spray foam insulation. With an r. value of 6.6 per inch, it is the best product on the market for a complete insulation and air barrier system. The spray foam fills all cracks and holes and provides an air barrier and a vapour barrier. The 2lb. foam does not absorb water, so is a brilliant solution to damp basements, or insulating from the exterior if you are digging out around the house to waterproof. It also adds structural strength, contains no formaldehyde or ozone depleting substances and it improves indoor air quality and reduces mold. We are a member of CUFCA, and our installers are licensed.

Key Hiring Tips

Hiring a contractor is an important decision so it is best to get all the information you can on each company. This includes checking references, insurance and licensing information. On a larger project a designer or architect is required in order to get the permits. Smaller projects still require a plan and the job will turn out great with the a little organization.
