Company Overview
Thank you for your time in reading our company introduction. Par-Tek is a full service General Contractor and project Manager, with a complete set of qualified sub-trades, as well as design, engineering and permitting professionals that we have a solid working relationship with. We have managed many different types of projects up to $3.5 million.(please see our residential project list below - Commercial list available on request)
Par-Tek has over 28 years of direct experience creating high-end residential renovations of all sorts, and commercial interiors. Beginning in Manhattan in 1981 and then Rosedale and Forest Hill in 1985, Par-Tek and Andrew Parker (owner) have been involved with dozens of quality renovations and learned from some of Toronto’s best renovators, including Kelner Jordan, Glover Walmer, Walder & McSweeney and Sorenson Custom Homes. The time spent working with these quality builders has provided a solid base of skills and experience from which we are now able to efficiently and professionally manage our own projects. Par-Tek has renovated homes throughout the greater GTA.
The Parker family has been involved with the construction industry in S.W. Ontario since 1927, beginning with my grandfathers firm, Par-Tex Engineering and Contracting. My father took over his fathers company in 1964, and was the starting point of my education in the construction industry. My sister, Margot Parker, is a Landscape Designer and contractor. Our website, www.par-tek.ca is mainly designed to attract business for our other passion; the design and construction of museums, exhibits and displays, but from it you will see something of our commitment to detail and uncompromising quality. This does not mean you will pay museum prices for your renovations. Quite the contrary, our experience with large and complex projects has honed and fine tuned our project management skills, and will benefit you directly as our efforts are more experienced, focused and efficient than other firms our size.
This is not just our opinion, but also the opinion of our clients. We encourage you to ask for our references!
