We are glad that we didn't move after all that's been said and done. BVM has done a fairly good job with the renovation. He has had good subcontractors come to work in our home ie. Mitch the electrican, and Brian the carpenter. Their pride in doing a good job showed. Our home transformed from a brick 2 bedroom bungalow to a 2storey 4 bedroom home. I'm not crazy about stucco, but brick would have been too expensive and we went over budget from the start. I would recommend people considering home renovations of this nature to do your research about contracts and protect yourself. Ensure you have a copy signed by both parties, and keep it for your records.
