Poor
I would not Recommend Royalty Construction because of work done to my home that was incomplete, wrong product used and repairs that were promised to be fixed were never done. My Kitchen is incomplete, crooked the measurement were all wrong. My Fridge, Stove & microwave won't fit. I paid them in July for flooring that has never been done. I paid them to Drywall my Basement and that has not been done and they still have my money. Royalty has money that belongs to me that I paid them in June & July of 2009 for work they haven't even started & they still have my money.
I have been living in my basement since June 2009 because when I told Royalty I was unhappy about their work they told me I should terminate. I am still living in my basement and I am bringing them to court. I am a single mom who is has a little boy of 11 with disorders and my son sleeps on the couch. I have paid Royalty over 51,000.00 in Renovation and have no home to live in.
