This company does not honour their lifetime guarantee. The work they did on our brickwork was very poor, 2 doors were not installed correctly, a huge mess was left (mortar, siding scraps, nails), documentation wasn't provided for our energy audit rebates (although numerous requests were made), and much more. The "Presidents" response to all of our concerns/complaints has been denial mixed with total rudeness
