I found his work to be excellent, his manner very professional. He looks for ways to save his clients money. He is very very trustworthy..you can leave cash in plain sight and it will be there when you return. I have recommended him to everyone in my circle of friends. I intend to use his services in the future.  Review Posted by Kelly from Kamloops on May 18 2012 I hired Keith Firman to build a basement suite for me. He was recommended by a realtor. I realize that they are both incompetent. The job was 20K over budget and he didn't even put closet doors in the suite. Shoddy work, slow. I have had him there twice since my pipes were freezing in the suite. he must have put some kind of foam sealer on the outside of the house and just left it on there which looks terrible. Concrete was not repaired around windows , too large of screws used to put up hardyplank so the holes are massive.and insulation was not done properly that is why I have freezing issues. All in all he is not even worth the paper his name is written on. Shame on him. If he ever worked in a big city like Vancouver he would be unemployed. BEWARE!
