He responded quickly and was able to set an appointment with me within a few days to fit my schedule. He methodically worked through the series of problems he found with our system and always confirmed with me that it was OK to proceed. (We had had an accidental freeze-up and it was not a simple fix to get things running again). Definitely would recommend Ken. Prices were extremely fair.
