He listened to what we wanted and delivered more than we expected in terms of materials and finish. He was flexible, approachable and not averse to taking a bit more time or doing something over to make it right. His crew were polite and punctual and often put in long days to get the job done. I got three estimates for the job and could have gone with another professional. I'm glad I didn't. I'd hire him again. Rob Allison came to my residence, measured and said he could perform the work. I ordered the molding and paid to have it delivered to my home. I stained the moldings and called Mr. Allison to schedule the job. He informed me that two of his employees would be at my home on Oct. 14, 2011 between 8 and 8:30 am. Mr. Allison's two employees arrived as expected. They began cutting into the 140 linear feet of moldings I had. By 12:30 pm I had many pieces of molding cut up but nothing on the wall.
