The RCon estimate was not the lowest nor was it the highest. However I feel I got the highest quality job. It was a small job but I was treated as if it was the largest of jobs. They started the work within days of signing the contract and worked steadily until the project was finished. The workmanship was excellent. The project was finished with excellent quality, on time and for the agreed to price. Joe always had time for any questions I had. I can recommend RCon without reservation.

 

 

We had Stewart install a laminate floor throughout our basement. The finished floor looks amazing. It is a 15mm laminate - Koa Jatoba with a gloss finish, but looks just like real wood. Stewart put in long hours and worked well into the evening hours to get the job done. He is very detail oriented and does not rush the job. He takes the time to do it properly and the end result definitely shows it. We were so impressed that we are considering having SCT Floorcoverings Inc. re-tile our kitchen and 2 bathrooms later this year.

 

 

I hired SpacePro August 2008 to do an exterior woodworking job for the front of my building. The job is still not complete. I would NOT, ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend his services. There are still unmet obligations on his part, namely an incomplete project and $$$ that is owed to me. He is VERY disorganized and his performance is poor. His excuses and tardiness says alot about his character. I am extremely disappointed. People should not have their patience and understanding abused!!!! I plan to take legal action!!!!

 

 

I would not Recommend Royalty Construction because of work done to my home that was incomplete, wrong product used and repairs that were promised to be fixed were never done. My Kitchen is incomplete, crooked the measurement were all wrong. My Fridge, Stove & microwave won't fit. I paid them in July for flooring that has never been done. I paid them to Drywall my Basement and that has not been done and they still have my money. Royalty has money that belongs to me that I paid them in June & July of 2009 for work they haven't even started & they still have my money. I have been living in my basement since June 2009 because when I told Royalty I was unhappy about their work they told me I should terminate. I am still living in my basement and I am bringing them to court. I am a single mom who is has a little boy of 11 with disorders and my son sleeps on the couch. I have paid Royalty over 51,000.00 in Renovation and have no home to live in.
